Schedule & Rates

For 1 minute of Scribe use:

• Reservations made more than 6 business hours in advance: 1 min of credit deducted
• Reservations made between 6 and 1 business hour in advance: 1.5 min of credit deducted
• Scribe on demand, without reservation: 2 min of credit deducted

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm (EST), 5am to 7pm (PST)

• Pricing outside* opening hours:
  • Night: +0.55 min deducted
  • Saturday: +0.15 min credit deducted
  • Sunday: +0.30 min credit deducted
  • Public holiday: +0.50 min credit deducted

Your Ava Scribe credit is deducted by the minute, up to your remaining credit limit (no overage charges)

** Any use of Ava Scribe outside of opening hours is subject to a minimum deduction of 15 min of credit.*

Cancellation policy:

• Cancel 12+ hrs before: 0% Scribe credits used
• Cancel 5 mn to 12 hrs before: 50% Scribe credits used
• No-show: 100% Scribe credits used
